Alexa Shackelford is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Practitioner, and Founder of Breathing Back to You. With over a thousand hours of facilitation experience, Alexa weaves together breath, sound, and energy work, creating a safe container from which people can heal from past trauma and align with their highest potential.
Everything she shares has grown out of her own healing journey, allowing her to provide compassionate wisdom for her community. Alexa is passionate about guiding others back home to their own sacred truth, because she knows that's where we find the peace we all deeply desire.

What's included in the training?
6 Weeks of Immersive Training
Immerse yourself in the art of breathwork facilitation as we spend 6-weeks together deep diving into the ins and outs of holding space for breathwork clients. Learn how to facilitate a solid container for your clients from preparation to integration.
Support Between Meetings
Alexa will be available between sessions for guidance, support, or to answer any questions that may be coming up for you as you go through your weekly assignments via voice and text messages.
Weekly Group Meetings
Answer your most pressing questions in our weekly group Zoom call meetings. During these sessions, we will conduct training, discuss breathwork topics, and provide a dedicated space for Q&A.
Community Connections
Join a powerhouse group of like-minded facilitators and practitioners going through the course with you. This group serves as a safe and inclusive space where community, sharing, and mutual support flourish.
